Community Response Mechanism is a tool that helps us to collect, analyse and visualize feedback collected through multiple channels. It enables project staff to understand the programmes from the communities perspective giving information to adjust and improve programmes. It contributes to assess the effectiveness of the IOM Poland interventions widely across different geographical contexts.
